IQP Contractor Access to Building Details & Uploading a Form 12A
IQP Contractors can easily manage their buildings through the BC Group Online web service. This system provides an overview of all buildings assigned to the IQP Contractor, including the overall status of the building’s Specified Systems that are being maintained.
Full details of each building is also available. These details include:
- Building name address and map location
- Access to the latest Compliance Schedule
- Council details and important policy notes
The IQP Contractor can see the current status of each system they are maintaining for a building. They are able to upload a Form12A against 1 or more of these these systems.
